Pat plays a flat top cutaway steel string I made with his touch in mind. Often his listeners are wondering if they are hearing a steel string or a classical guitar. This instrument has a modified fan bracing pattern with European spruce soundboard. Indian Rosewood back and sides, 630mm (24.8″) scale.
Pat uses Thomastic Spectrum strings on this instrument. When plugged in he uses a Baggs Lyric pickup system, and an AER compact 60 amp.
